PHILADELPHIA, PA — Breakout Studio, an independent branding and creative agency, yesterday announced that Elise Johnston has been named Chief Operating Officer. Johnston, who joined the agency in 2021, and most recently served as Director of Strategy, will continue to be based out of Breakout’s Philadelphia office.
